The evening was structured to feel exclusive from the start, with a guided component followed by a controlled social rhythm and a seated close.
The Goal: deliver a complete hosted sequence (heritage access, cocktails, dinner) instead of a standard restaurant reservation.
THE GUESTS
Corporate VIP participants hosted in a single-evening format. Capacity was designed to work for an intimate high-end group while remaining scalable depending on room configuration and private dining setup.
LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS
The evening was designed as a timed three-phase sequence with private spaces and clear transitions.
Guided Access: one-hour guided heritage tour delivered by the venue team, structured in small groups to keep the experience smooth and comfortable.
Private Cocktail Moment: a dedicated pre-dinner cocktail reception in a private bar space, held on an exclusive basis.
Privatized Dinner: seated dinner hosted in a private dining room reserved entirely for the group.
Timing Control: reception-to-dinner pacing built to avoid late seating and keep guest flow stable.
Technical Readiness: optional AV setup available for a short leadership moment if required, without changing the tone of the evening.
