Experience by Exclusive France Tours
Corporate client relationship program | Paris → Reims → Le Mans | 28 participants
Project Synopsis
Multi-day motorsport program designed for a major automotive manufacturer’s senior client network. The objective was to leverage the brand’s return to the hypercar class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 50th anniversary of its Art Car collection to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
Participants
- Internal Leadership Team (4)
- 24 Top-Tier Clients (North America & APAC markets)
- Profile: High-net-worth VIP clients and frequent travelers requiring non-commercial access.
Program Architecture
Format & Duration: Core client experience of 8 days. The full operational window spanned 13 days to accommodate staggered international arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transfers for all guests.
Location & Setting
- Paris: Operational hub selected for international flight connectivity. We secured a selection of rooms within a boutique property to ensure privacy and high-end service.
- Reims: Private Champagne house access arranged during an intensive production period, offering an exclusive experience when most estates are typically closed to the public.
- Le Mans: Circuit de la Sarthe during the 24 Hours. Guests joined the client-managed infrastructure, which included private on-circuit residences and technical areas designed to bypass public congestion.
Context & Strategy
The program supported a dual strategic moment: the brand’s return to the 24 Heures du Mans and the 50th anniversary of its Art Car program—a tradition of commissioning world-renowned artists to design unique racing liveries. This context shaped high VIP expectations, with the 24-hour race weekend acting as the anchor for a rigid schedule amidst a saturated French events calendar.
Key Moments
Champagne Production Access (Reims)
Private full-day immersion at a historic Champagne house. The visit was arranged during the sensitive mid-June production period, providing access to the blending process and underground cellars.
Le Mans 24 Hours: On-Site Immersion
Two-day structured access at Circuit de la Sarthe:
- Hybrid Hospitality: While the client utilized their own proprietary housing on the circuit, we managed the operational « wrap-around » for these units. We handled all guest flows, luggage transitions, and concierge services to ensure a seamless interface between the Paris hotel and the race-site facility.
- Technical Access: Direct access to the manufacturer’s garage and starting grid, allowing clients to witness the operational rigor of a 24-hour race team firsthand.
Optional Paris Programming
Following the race, participants selected from three private access tracks:
- Montmartre: Bespoke discovery with vineyard visit and neighborhood lunch.
- Île de la Cité: Notre-Dame reconstruction access with historical context.
- Louvre: VIP privileged visit with streamlined private access and Jardin des Tuileries visit.
Closing Dinner (Seine)
A private yacht charter on the Seine to celebrate the conclusion of an incredible week. The evening featured a live band and a curated selection of fine wines. The format progressed from deck cocktails to a single shared table, designed to consolidate the relationships formed during the high-intensity race weekend.
Operational Excellence
- Inventory Pressure: Securing luxury accommodation in Paris was critical, as dates coincided with the Paris Air Show and Men’s Fashion Week. We bypassed standard channels to lock in inventory over a year in advance.
- Complex Logistics: Managing 18 individual arrival/departure windows required a rolling transfer system. A major challenge involved securing a fleet of reliable brand-specific vehicles and drivers during the peak of the Paris Air Show.
- On-Demand Management: We handled all « à la carte » activities and last-minute requests within a saturated Paris event landscape, ensuring a seamless experience where the client remained unaware of the underlying logistical pressure.
