THE MISSION
A one-evening corporate hosting experience designed as a high-impact VIP dinner program, built around heritage access, a private cocktail space, and a fully privatized dinner. The evening was structured to feel exclusive from the start, with a guided component followed by a controlled social rhythm and a seated close.
The Goal: deliver a complete hosted sequence (heritage access, cocktails, dinner) instead of a standard restaurant reservation.
THE GUESTS
Corporate VIP participants hosted in a single-evening format. Capacity was designed to work for an intimate high-end group while remaining scalable depending on room configuration and private dining setup.
LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS
The evening was designed as a timed three-phase sequence with private spaces and clear transitions.
Guided Access: one-hour guided heritage tour delivered by the venue team, structured in small groups to keep the experience smooth and comfortable.
Private Cocktail Moment: a dedicated pre-dinner cocktail reception in a private bar space, held on an exclusive basis.
Privatized Dinner: seated dinner hosted in a private dining room reserved entirely for the group.
Timing Control: reception-to-dinner pacing built to avoid late seating and keep guest flow stable.
Technical Readiness: optional AV setup available for a short leadership moment if required, without changing the tone of the evening.
THE STRATEGY
Heritage Access: selected to create a strong opening moment and establish immediate status through place and history rather than entertainment.
Private Bar Transition: designed as a controlled social bridge between the guided component and dinner, allowing conversation to build naturally.
Full Privatization: ensured the evening stayed exclusive, contained, and operationally predictable from start to finish.
THE TIMELINE
Single-evening experience (May 2024)
Suggested flow: guided access → private cocktails → seated dinner.
THE EXPERIENCE
The evening began with a one-hour guided heritage visit led by the venue team, focused on architectural detail and historical context. Guests then transitioned into a private cocktail setting reserved exclusively for the group.
Dinner followed in a fully privatized dining room, with seated service and a controlled pace designed for conversation and hosting rather than theatrical programming.
THE IMPACT
This format delivered a complete VIP evening with three clear phases: heritage access, private reception, and privatized dinner. The structure supported high-level relationship hosting without requiring a full multi-day program.
