Context

Our client was in a tricky situation with his buyer due to a hiccup in the production process, which was impacting delivery times. This awkward situation was threatening to jeopardize other major ongoing contracts, which would be an unwelcome scenario. Our client was eager to ease tensions with his primary client and return to constructive dialogue and trust. He needed to find a creative way to resolve the confict.

Our mission was  at once simple and  difficult: at heart it was also about creating a neutral space, powerful and engaging enough to help restore trust between the two parties.

Major scenes

We build our strategy around a powerful facilitator of communication: wine. The guests are welcomed to a wine estate in Burgundy. They quickly fall under the charm of the prestigious cellar and its soothing, laid-back atmosphere. The winemaker who presides over the event engages the participants’ attention instantly, thanks to his generosity and his passion, and as if by the magic, the tensions begin to melt away.

It is now time for an exclusive lunch and wine-tasting in the beautiful 17th-entury cellars of a winemaker in Burgundy. The highlight of the event? To have the privilege to taste some of the rarest wines that Burgundy has to offer.
