Context

Two creative units of a famous French haute-couture brand are to come under a common management. The new head of this division wants to soften relations between its teams, which have been tainted by a major historical dispute.

In order to break the internal tensions resulting from the merger of these two divisions driven by a strong competitive spirit, the haute couture house contacted us. They would like to take advantage of a stay in Burgundy to demonstrate to the team that excellence can only be achieved through a clever balance between the involvement of a team united by common objectives and the aggregation of individual skills.

The objective is to make them work on common projects on which the expertise of each of them is essential to meet the expectations of the Management.

While remaining in the artistic and creative field, we have designed two challenges to be carried out as a team, under the watchful eye of a renowned coach. Our goal was to encourage exchange, to create team cohesion, to federate around challenges rich in creativity.

Major scenes

Using the extraordinary creativity of this group, the coach will propose 2 workshops: 

First, the Chef will reveal some of the secrets of his repertoire. In small groups, the participants take part in the conception of the dinner, composed of gourmet dishes elaborated with quality products.
In a second time, they are divided into three teams and, under the guidance of an artist, they will have to create a triptych. The three panels must have a relationship, a continuity, and obviously the goal is to communicate with the collaborators without seeing their part of the project.
